Sardegna took roughly a third of all 4,218 votes and held that share from day one to day 432 — 32.5% final, never below 33% at any check along the way. Sicilia settled in second at 20%, and together the two islands account for over half the vote, leaving all 13 mainland regions to split the rest.

This wasn't close at any point: Sardegna's nearest rival trailed by double digits for the entire run, and the gap between Sicilia and third-place Puglia (13.7%) is nearly as wide as Puglia's own total. Women outvoted men roughly 2-to-1 for Sardegna specifically, while the poll drew almost no fan votes and stayed overwhelmingly Italian in origin — a domestic verdict, not a tourist one.
