The Halloween photo vote changed leaders three times: Coby and Leyna led first, Michael and Emily moved ahead, then Max and Kelsey briefly took the top spot.
Coby and Leyna returned to first in the final stretch and finished with 43.7%, ahead of Michael and Emily’s 33.5%. The United States, the largest bloc, leaned toward Michael and Emily, while Bangladesh leaned toward the winner.
