Sixty-three childhood cartoons on the ballot and nobody came close to a majority — Dragon Ball topped the field with just 5.2% of 2879 votes. That's a 150-vote plurality in a field so split that the 10th-place show still cleared 80 votes.

The order barely moved: Dragon Ball led Pokémon by the same 0.6-point gap from day 1 through day 12, never mind that 61 other shows were splitting the rest of the vote underneath them. Portugal supplied the bulk of ballots and backed Dragon Ball; the smaller French and Spanish turnout leaned Pokémon instead.
