Sara Moreno and Vicente Lli's aerobics routine led wire-to-wire for the poll's first four days, holding a comfortable margin north of 29% the whole stretch. Then everything flipped. By day 5, Eleftherios Petrounias surged past them and never looked back, opening an 80-point lead in a single day and stretching it to 87% by the close.

Petrounias closed with 7,798 of 8,921 votes — a runaway that leaned overwhelmingly Greek, with country data showing Greece alone casting 4,362 votes his way. Runner-up Samir Ait Said, another men's gymnast, edged Moreno and Lli into third by the final tally, while France stayed loyal to its own countryman almost exclusively.
