Need an opinion. I hired a web design company to design a very basic website for my business. This was over 7 months ago. Called and emailed every few months and just get false promises. I finally sent an email asking for my down payment back and got no response. Not enough money to take to small claims. What I need is an opinion on if I should blast them on facebook publicly? I don't want this to happen to another business or individual.
