What do you think about a guy using a tanning bed? Should guys be so vain as to use a tanning bed?

Hey Everybody! What do you think of a 'friend' who says he is coming to visit from out of town but doesn't and the only way you find out is thru text messaging him 12 hours before you are to pick him up at the airport? Friend or not?
