Scenario: Woman has a friend who recently has died. She sees her doctor because she is now experiencing depression in a manner that she has not felt before. This is the first time she has lost a loved one in her life. The doctor is her General Practitioner. She has been a patient of this particular doctor for about 5 years. Woman feels lost. She is having problems sleeping soundly and wakes up several times during the night. All blood work tests come back normal. Blood pressure is slightly elevated.
