I have given away my photography for free for many years to anyone who needed images taken. I literally have given away several hundred prints of various sizes..with all my equipment upgrades and improved skills is it time for me to start charging for my time and images?

After many years of doing free photo shoots, including military retirements, promotions, change of command or leadership's, plus New born baby, maternity, senior portraits, high school sports and a ton of other free stuff including giving away literally hundreds of free prints....is it time for me to start charging for my services and time?
