Do you believe all states, territories, and federal government should fly the US Flag at Full Staff during this crisis?

6 States (Kentucky, Michigan, Connecticut, New York, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey) are currently flying the US Flag at half staff. They are doing so in honor of the COVID-19 Victims. I believe the US Flag, in a time of crisis in our country should only be flown at Full Staff. This is a "unique war' situation we are in albeit a completely different kind for sure. We don't lower our Flag in a time of war. Why now? There will be a time to honor those victims in the time to come after we beat this crisis. Right now, we must show strength and flying the US Flag at full staff is a symbol of that strength as a "WHOLE" country. All citizens need to feel this strength and those fighting on the front lines of this certainly need to feel the spirit of our country as one. Do you believe all states and the federal government need to fly the US Flag at Full Staff or do you believe it is ok for states to lower the flag at this time?
