What do you think about the same? Is the banning fair?

“Delhi-Vehicles over 15 years old to go off road” Refer to our old post about the National green tribunal issuing orders under Motor vehicle act stating that the vehicles more than 15 years old shall not be permitted on Delhi roads. It has been found out that more than 29 lakh vehicles are over 15 years old. It is undisputed and in fact unquestionable that the air pollution of NCT, Delhi, is getting worse with each passing day. This order has been a rude shock to many since some owners take good care of their old vehicles. Some can’t afford buying new vehicles and the others think that the age of the vehicle doesn’t matter as long as it is maintained well. What do you think about the same? Is the banning fair?
