Is it an ok idea to leave a note to the unknown motorcyclist 4 houses down that idles his motorbike at 6:30 AM and during the day does not respectfully quietly coast past the residences but is so freaking loud as he speeds by? Is it not obvious to people to quietly (as possible) go through residential areas? So, is a note explaining to STFU or move appropriate?
