'Yes' opened above 60% on day one and never dipped below it again — 64.1% of 4,280 votes by the end, more than triple every other option combined. This wasn't critics warming to it over time; the verdict was instant and held flat for five months without a single lead change.

The rout crossed borders: Malaysia (99 votes), India (78), the US, Sri Lanka and the UK all leaned 'Yes' by similar margins. And it came almost entirely from people with no stake in the page — just 5 of 2,744 'Yes' voters were fans, so this reads as the audience's honest take, not a fandom rally.

• Instant verdict · Yes led by 62%+ on day one and stayed there for 153 days
• Non-fan consensus · Only 5 of 2,744 Yes voters were page fans
• Global agreement · Every top country from Malaysia to the UK leaned Yes
• Buried rejection · Outright 'No' drew just 3.4% of all votes
