Four thousand six hundred sixty-two votes, thirty-four names on the ballot, and one of them still walked away with exactly half. Ilenia Pastorelli closed at 49.9% — 2,326 votes — more than her next three rivals combined (Vito Mancini, Gaia Bruschini, Sabrina Mbarek, together just over 30%).
It wasn't a photo finish. After an early scramble among Enrica Saraniti, Ferdinando Giordano and Adriana Peluso, Pastorelli took the lead by day 7 and built from there, settling at her final 50% margin by day 20 and holding it flat through the last week. A clean, decisive read: this crowd knew who they wanted.
