You work a late schedule from 1-10 PM. How would you adjust your sleeping patterns?
A: Stay up for a few hours after work to wind down, and take advantage of being able to sleep in (till 9-10am) a little in the mornings. Getting up early only for appointments and running arrands.
B: Make sure you get to sleep as soon as possible. Wake up when the sun rises like all the other 9-5ers, and make the most of your mornings/afternoons before work.
