What do you do in cases of PSA rebound after prostate brachytherapy for prostate cancer?

I put the patient on intensified surveillance

I start or recommend prompt treatment based on each patient’s individual characteristics

I consider treatment if the rebound is more than 3 ng/mL or appearing at least 2 or 3 years after initiating brachytherapy
