If you get stage fright (cant go) if your in a public restroom and somebody comes in and sits in the stall directly next to yours (even though there are others further away) and proceeds to do nothing (no peeing sounds, no grunting, no flushing) at all. And even worse, does not seem to be leaving anytime soon...WHAT IS THE PROPER BATHROOM ETIQUETTE?
