Early voting:Considering the fact that members of the association are spread out across the country and the association elections are usually held at meetings where members have to be physically present to participate, thereby excluding members who are not physically available at the moment but want to participate in decision making process. An alternative (early voting) is being suggested. If early voting is adopted, it would allow members to vote virtually within a stipulated period of time for candidates of their choice prior to the scheduled election date where present members will cast their votes.
