The Yarrabilba Community Association, Lendlease and a number of other organisations are working together to create a social media strategy for Yarrabilba. The purpose of this is to connect residents, community groups and businesses to each other in ways that are meaningful and that build a solid and cohesive community. This may include digital ambassadors, an app, a blog filled with useful and interesting content and maybe even a community TV show! But first we need a name. It needs to represent the area and it needs to come from our community. In talking with some community members the following names have been suggested. We want you to vote on the one that resonates with you. If you have a great idea, please put it in the comments section and if it reflects what we are trying to achieve - we will add it in!
