No, all subsidies, taxes, etc. should be paid through State Level programs (ie. State Taxpayers pay for it through sales tax, property, refunds from Governtment etc.) including Medicare being dismantled and those monies given to the State.
No, return the money and let communities and doctors/hospitals setup "direct to public" plans (ie. no more insurance companies. Charities will help the poor.
No, it should be the responsibility of the individual patient and his/her contracted healthplan from whatever is available. Keep Federal Govt out including abolishing Medicare and returning the money to the people.
