Applies to Junior Competitive Ages. U12s to U15s age groups - Rather than postpone games would you be willing to play a 9 a-side game. Many teams postpone or even fold because they can only get 12 regular players.

Compromise - Teams that are willing to do this to be in a lower/separate division
