As you may be aware here in Lake View, AL we have the gang of three Council Members totally in Support of the Sewer Owner and doing everything within their ability to stop you the people from the right to Vote on HB-428. HB-428 places the Sewer provider under the review of the Public Service Commission but only after you the people VOTE on the issue. They would like to see your ability to vote on this important issue stopped. They even held a special council meeting when they knew they would have the majority vote to fire the city attorney because he spoke in favor of the passage of HB-428. So which one should be relieved of duty first. Please vote below.
