It was raised in Tynwald yesterday that the biggest strain on the food banks was in the month of September which coincided with school uniform purchasing. In order to help with The strain on family's over the summer and school periods would it be easier if school uniforms were replaced by a dress code appropriate for each school? Or just abolished totally.
