Signs….Recently the board has added a few new signs to KVI. (Board Meeting, Bulk Trash, Pool Closed, and Facebook) These signs came about to help remind residents of different events taking place. Example: Bulk Trash! We have had a problem with people putting out their bulk trash on "the wrong" day and it sits out there for days…. rain or shine. This is not the look we want to see here at KVI. In the recent months, if bulk was put out on "the wrong" day and we were alerted to it, the management team would contact the unit owner to remove it or we could remove it at their cost. To date, we have assisted in removing bulk for more than 6 unit owners at a cost to them between $249-$459. Our goal is not to charge the homeowners but to keep KVI clean for the rest of us. We (the board) can’t do it alone so, as always we hope our neighbors will keep alerting us to these and other issues that may arise.
