The race lasted about 48 hours. "Si tantissimo" grabbed an early edge on day one, but by day two "Si" overtook it and never gave the margin back — settling into a 36-37% share it held for the next 270 days without deviation. Every day after that was a formality.
"E' Stupenda" spent the entire run as a fixed second place, close but never closing the gap, while "Si tantissimo," "Bruttissima," and "No" trailed far behind from the start. With 3,202 votes cast and the standings frozen almost immediately, this was a poll decided before most voters even showed up.
