100% of the Time- I never pick up the phone.
75% of the Time- I try not to pick up the phone if I'm busy, but I will answer for specific people.
50% of the Time- It is hit or miss.
25% of the Time- If I'm in my office I pick up.
0% of the Time- I pick up the phone for everyone no matter what. After all, it might be important.
