Favourite Doctor Who Finale since 2005?
In a Facebook poll of 5,232 respondents, 16.8% chose “2009 The End of Time”. How we count
's The End of Time seized the lead on day one and never let go, holding the top spot through all six days on the way to 881 votes (16.8%) out of 5,232 cast. Behind it, a near-dead heat: Journey's End (13.3%) edged The Name of the Doctor (13.2%) by a single vote share point for second, with zero lead changes recorded anywhere in the standings.
The winner split hard by geography and gender. The US and France powered The End of Time to victory, but the UK and Australia — the show's home turf — backed Journey's End instead. And while The End of Time pulled two-thirds male voters (582 men to 293 women), The Wedding of River Song and The Angels Take Manhattan both skewed majority-female, the only finales to do so.
