Instead SRPSKA RADIKALNA STRANKA finished on top with 24.4% (1,077 votes) — just 40 votes and four-tenths of a point ahead of DOSTA JE BILO's 24%. Sixteen other options split the remaining half of the electorate, with a third-place finisher stuck at 11.8%.

The math tells the real story: over three in four voters picked something other than the winner. And Serbia itself, the single largest voting bloc at 2,345 votes, actually leaned toward the runner-up — a plurality win built on votes from outside the country it claims to represent.
