Sir Van-celot never trailed. Day 1 he opened at 71% and held commanding leads the entire 165-day run, easing only gradually — dipping to 70% by day 36, 69% around day 101, and settling at 68% in the final stretch. He crossed the line with 69.1% of 6,076 votes, more than triple the runner-up.

The real story is who carried him: women outvoted men for Van-celot 97 to 73, while runner-up Sir Richard Van-son ran two-to-one male (33 to 16). Geography split too — Australia, the US and New Zealand all went Van-celot, but the UK and Ireland were the only strongholds for third-place Sir Van-thony Hopkins.

  • Wire-to-wire lead · Van-celot led from 71% on day 1 to victory, never once trailing.
  • Gender gap · Van-celot skewed female; Richard Van-son's backers ran two-to-one male.
  • UK bucks the trend · Britain and Ireland were the only countries favoring Van-thony Hopkins.
  • Slow erosion, not a race · Lead slipped from 71% to 68% over 165 days but never closed.
