The win splits by geography. Morocco (721 votes) and the United States (169) backed Fouzia Seyad heavily, but Europe didn't follow — Italy, Spain, Belgium and the UK all leaned toward Nadia Nadia, who finished third overall, while France favored Oum Wiam. The winner's margin was built well outside Europe.
