From the very first vote, Donald Trump led among pregnant women and new moms — up 67 points over Hillary Clinton on day 1. That cushion shrank fast as early Clinton support surged, bottoming out at just 38 points by day 5. Even at its tightest, the lead never flipped.
From day 5 on, Trump's edge only grew: back to 50 points by day 16, 56 by day 20, and 59 points by the finish. Final tally: 59.4% to Clinton's 22.1%, with Gary Johnson a distant third at 9%. Nearly the entire electorate was women — and they still went decisively for Trump.
