By the end of day one Catalina Ponor already owned 74% of the vote, and the next ten days barely moved the needle — she settled at 70.6%, more than 7x her closest rival. Nobody else ever got within 60 points of her.

The gap held because Romania showed up en masse: 1,553 of the poll's 3,240 votes came from there, and Ponor's total leans overwhelmingly female, 1,665 to 554. Ellie Downie's British base and Nina Derwael's Belgian pocket were real, but neither was ever large enough to close a 60-point canyon.
