The Afterlife: When your character dies what happens?

I move on to the afterlife and begin anew with a new character. (Deny any resurrection attempts)
I wait for my comrades to resurrect me in any way they can.
I leave the table never to return for this campaign. (I'm that HARDCORE)
I yell and scream and throw all the rules I can at the DM until he retcons the whole thing.
