Does the lawsuit filed against PF Chang's help or hurt the future of gluten-free foods in restaurants and food service establishments?

I understand both sides of this.
It hurts and will cause more restaurants to rethink and possibly shy away from GF options.
It helps as it brings attention to the fact that we have to unfairly pay more based on our condition.
