In a Facebook poll of 3,484 respondents, 18.5% chose “K-OTIC - ไม่มีเธอไม่อยากหายใจ (Suffocated)”. How we count
Seventeen songs crowded this ballot so tightly that K-OTIC's Suffocated needed just 18.5% — 644 votes — to finish on top. Runner-up Tomo Kaew's เพื่อนที่เธอไม่รู้ใจ and third-place Poppy Fang's ใช่เธอ (It's You) sat only 98 votes behind, combined. K-OTIC grabbed the top spot on day 3 at a 22% margin, then spent the remaining 117 days watching that cushion shrink to 18% as the rest of the field kept pace.
Geography tells the real twist: Thailand supplied the poll's single largest bloc, 512 votes, dwarfing every other country — and threw its weight behind Tomo Kaew, not the eventual winner. K-OTIC's win leaned on scattered international support instead, including a 69-vote lean from the United States, enough to outvote the hometown favorite.
