In a Facebook poll of 2,815 respondents, 41% chose “Documents that would prove someone innocent or guilty”. How we count
A kiss from Parker or Hardison opened strong, up 42% to Documents' share on day one and holding a lead through day 5. Then day 6 flipped it: Documents that would prove someone innocent or guilty pulled ahead 38% and never gave the top spot back. By day 14 the gap widened past 43%, and it barely moved again.
From day 6 through day 89 — 83 days, the bulk of the poll's life — the standings sat frozen within a point or two of 43-44% to Kiss's high-30s. Women broke hard for the documents (51 to 35 over men), while men and women split closer on the kiss. Documents finished at 41% (1,155 votes), Kiss at 36.7% (1,034), with the secret formula and the password trailing near 11% each.
- Day 6 flip · Documents overtook the kiss and led every day after.
- 83-day plateau · Standings barely shifted from day 6 to the finish.
- Women favor documents · 51 female votes to 35 male for the documents option.
- US and UK agree · Both top countries lean toward the documents, not the kiss.
