Does the lawsuit against PF Chang's help or hurt the future of gluten-free foods in restaurants and food service establishments?

It helps as it brings attention to the fact that we have to unfairly pay more based on our condition

It hurts as it will cause more establishments to think twice and possibly shy away from gluten-free food offerings.

I understand both sides of this.
