Square Off Season 12 Wild Card Contenders

Saint Louis University won with 40.4% (1,258 votes), but call this what it is: a three-way contest, not a seven-way field. University of Cebu held second at 35.8% (1,116), and San Beda closed the podium at 19.7% (613) — a real, single-digit gap separating first and second, not a rout.

Below that, the bottom drops off a cliff: Adamson managed just 3.1% (95 votes), and the last three schools combined for 32 votes total, under 1% of the field. The order was set on day one and barely moved — Saint Louis sat near 40% from day 3 onward and stayed there through all 8 days.

• The real margin · Saint Louis's 40.4% beat Cebu's 35.8% — a 4.6-point gap, not a blowout
• The canyon below · Fourth place drew only 95 votes; the bottom three totaled just 32
• Locked in early · Standings set by day 1 and held near 40% for all 8 days
• Japan's outlier · Japan's 18 voters leaned Cebu while nearly every other country backed Saint Louis
