¿Desde qué país nos ves? - Todo de nuevo....

Chile opened at 24 points clear and spent 300 days only building on that number, closing at 31.3% while the next ten countries fought over scraps. Peru held second the whole way but never cracked 11% — Chile's margin over it grew from 17 points to 21.

The women's vote made this: Chile pulled 165 female voters to 83 male, roughly 2-to-1, a lopsided split no other country in the top ten came close to matching. Costa Rica, Peru, and Honduras all landed within a point of each other for a distant bronze, unable to combine into a real challenge.

• Untouched margin · Chile's lead over Peru widened from 17 to 21 points, never shrank
• Gender skew · Chile drew nearly 2 women for every man, 165 to 83
• Crowded scramble · Peru, Honduras, Costa Rica, El Salvador bunched within 1.4 points of each other
