In a Facebook poll of 5,159 respondents, 72.6% chose “No”. How we count

No

Sì
27.4%

No grabbed the lead on day one at 70% and never let go, climbing to a final 72.6% over 3,748 votes against Sì's 1,411. There was no comeback drama here — this was a rout that hardened as the days passed, ticking up from 70% to 73% by day four and holding through the finish.

The real split is gender, not geography. Sì voters ran heavily male (1,024 to 181 female), but No skewed even more lopsidedly male (2,717 to 615). Italy supplied the overwhelming bulk of votes and leaned No, as did every single one of the top ten countries — from the US to Greece itself.

  • Early lead, no drama · No led 70% on day one and only grew from there
  • Universal No lean · All top 10 countries, including Greece, leaned No
  • Male-heavy on both sides · No pulled 2,717 men vs just 615 women
  • Fans barely showed up · Only 33 fans voted total out of 5,159
