The verdict is decisive: NO beats SI' 62.5% to 37.5%, nearly two votes to one, against Poletti's claim that three months of summer vacation is too much. The rejection is sharpest at home - of the 2,564 votes cast, 1,981 came from Italy, and the country breaks hard for NO.

Step outside Italy and the picture flips: the UK, Spain, Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Ireland and Luxembourg - eight of the top ten countries - all lean SI', siding with Poletti. The samples are small, just a handful of votes each, but the pattern holds: every top country outside Italy breaks the opposite way from Italy itself.

  • Decisive rejection · NO beats SI' 62.5% to 37.5%, nearly two votes to one.
  • Italy vs everywhere else · Italy leans NO while all eight other top countries lean SI'.
  • Skews male · Both sides are majority-male; SI' voters run more male (68%) than NO (60%).
